Sidecar - Crowdsourced Feedback Widget

Sidecarlabs are working on a new feedback widget that can be embedded in any web page with a single line of code. The points of difference? The tabber style of the widget allows the site owner to offer tips and tricks as well as request feedback. Ideas app by salesforce.com too basic?

Is the the salesforce.com Ideas crowdsourcing platform (Dell, Starbucks) too simple? Jeffrey Philiips from innovationtools.com thinks so.
